Terms & Conditions of Travel
- All our trips are subject to a minimum number of passengers. If fewer than the minimum number of passengers are booked to travel before departure the trip will be cancelled and deposits will be returned.
- All prices quoted on our website are for travel only. You are responsible for arranging accommodation, food and refreshments.
- The consumption of food and drink is not permitted on any of our vehicles. For trips of 2 hours or more there will be adequate rest breaks.
- All departure and arrival times and locations are subject to change, depending on local traffic restrictions and conditions. You will be informed by one of our drivers via mobile telephone should any of the arrangements change. Please ensure the driver has an up to date note of your mobile telephone number.
- Merlin Travel are not responsible for your personal travel insurance – please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover for your trip.
- Payment for your trip must be made in full before departure. We accept all payment types including cash, cheque and all major debit and credit cards.
- Smoking is not permitted on any Merlin Travel vehicles. Anyone found smoking will be asked to vacate the vehicle.
- The consumption of alcoholic drinks is not permitted on any Merlin Travel vehicles. Anyone found to be consuming alcoholic liquor will be asked to vacate the vehicle.
- For health and safety reasons, we request that all passengers remain seated whilst the vehicle is in motion, unless in an emergency.
- It is a legal requirement that safety belts must be worn at all times throughout the journey. Any passengers found to be violating this requirement will be asked to vacate the vehicle.
- For the safety and comfort of all our passengers, we request our customers refrain from the use of inappropriate language or behaviour whilst on any of our vehicles. Anyone who is found using inappopriate language or behaviour will be asked to vacate the vehicle.
